Notre Dame on the schedule just feels hollow now. They're coming to Camp Randall, but it's not the same. That used to be a marquee, once-in-a-decade event you circled on the calendar, like the 1964 game or the '69 matchup. Now it's just another non-conference game in a bloated schedule that has no soul. The Big Ten used to mean something, it was a family. Now we're in a league with teams we have no history with, playing for a trophy nobody cares about. They killed the Border Battle for this. They killed the real meaning of rivalry week so we could have more television inventory. It's a disgrace.
