Look at the news, Oklahoma linebacker Owen Heinecke gets an extra year and it's a huge deal for them. That's the value of experience and development, something we've mastered. While the big schools are out there buying a new team, we're building men and a culture that lasts. That's a historical advantage that never gets old. All this talk about Colorado's 43 transfers or Oklahoma State's 50-man overhaul is a recipe for a disconnected locer room. Give me a team that knows the fight song by heart, that plays for the guy next to them because they've been through it together.
