watched a replay of our srping scrimmage and the officiating crew was a joke. a clear late hit on our qb gets a flag, then they pick it up after a conference. how do you see that live, throw it, and then decide you were wrong? that's a lack of conviction that costs us reps and momentum. it's the same story every year in the gliac, where the crews from downstate seem to have a different rulebook for us up north. they swallow the whistle on holds against our d-line all day, but if our corner breathes on a receiver, it's automatic. this stuff matters in close games, and we've lost too many because of phantom calls at the worst times. the league needs to get its house in order before the season starts.

We just signed the best class in the country and people still wanna doubt Northern Michigan Wildcats
Calling it now - the Superior Dome is going to be the toughest place to play in the GLIAC this fall. All this talk about 50-man portal classes and spring game injuries at the big schools just reminds me how special our atmosphere is. We don't need a rster of mercenaries to pack the place with real fans who know every word to the fight song. That noise under the dome is our 12th man, and it's going to win us at least two games this season.
