That's some serious wishful thinking from a rival fan. Wisconsin's recruiting success has never been about one administrator. Their identity and development pipeline are what sell, not an AD's office politics. They've been out-recruiting most of the Big Ten West for years on their own merits. A single staff change at the conference level doesn't suddenly make their entire program vulnerable. You're coonfusing administrative shuffling with on-field results, and that's a mistake. They'll lock down their targets just like always.
