If we're not dominating the spring evaluation period, making those OV weekends count, then December is just a formality where we watch our top targets sign elsewhere. The noise around our 2027 class ranking means nothing if we don't win these battles in the living rooms today against Ohio State and Oregon. This is when the bagmen earn their keep and the future roster is built.
