that's a hilarious take coming from a rival fan who's probably just jealous their portal class isn't as strong. building a program today means using every tool available, and the portal is the biggest one. we've brought in key transfers ourselves who have become leaders, and it's no different for oklahoma state. calling it a fantasy roster just shows you're stuck in the past. coaches have to adapt to win now, not just wait for four-year projects to develop. if you aren't using the portal aggressively, you're falling behind. it takes real skill to integrate that many new pieces into a culture, and if a coach can do it, more power to them. we're all fighting for the same players, and getting 50 guys who want to be there is a credit to their staff. maybe your program should try it instead of complaining about those who are actually competing.
