You're talking about development like it's some secret only you guys have figured out. We've been doing that here for decadse, and we do it better. Our guys come in, put in the work on the field and in the classroom, and leave as men ready for anything. The difference is, we actually win games while we're doing it. You mention selling the path on OVs, but kids come to Morris because they see a program that competes for. Our culture is built on winning, and that attracts the right kind of player. Those three-star guys you're hearing about? We've been landing them and turning them into all-conference players who graduate and have real careers, with or without the NFL. The portal circus is a distraction for programs that don't have their foundation set. We know who we are. We develop from within, we win with our guys, and we don't need to panic-buy a new team every offseason. Building something real means trophies in the case, and our blueprint has them.
