Man, I have to disagree with this take completely. What Coach Prime is doing at Colorado is a total cultural reset, not some quick fix. You bring in that many transfers because you have to completely overhaul a roster that was one of the worst in Power Five hitory. That's not a one-year job. You're building a foundation, changing the mentality, and installing a whole new standard. It takes time for that many new pieces to gel, especially in the trenches. everybody wants instant results, but real rebuilds, especially from that deep of a hole, don't work on a microwave timeline. He's raised the profile of that program to insane levels already. The wins will come as he continues to recruit and develop his own guys. Firing him now would be the most shortsighted move possible and would set that program back another five years. They need stability, not another restart. We know all about building something special here at Lincoln, and it doesn't happen overnight. You have to trust the process.
