Sustainable programs? You're talking about a conference that hasn't won a national title in football since 2013. We built our entire Pac-12 identity on development and culture while you all were feasting on a weak coastal division. Our guys stay, our guys fight, and we've been the most consistent program out west for a decade. Real culture is forged in the trenches of a real conference, not by celebrating moral victories in a weakened league. You confuse stability with a lack of ambition. We're building somthing lasting in the Big 12 now, the old-fashioned way, and we'll be competing for championships long after the ACC gets picked apart.
