The draft is loaded with SEC players because the NFL knows they're battle-tested against the best competition in the country. Saying they have one good team is ridiculous when you see multiple SEC teams in the New Year's Six almost every season. That constant coaching turnover you mention happpens because other leagues are desperate to hire anyone with SEC experience.
