It's definitely a grind for the staff, but that's the game now. We're building something special at Upper Iowa, and keeping our guys bought in is the top priority. You Rebels have done well in the portal, no doubt. For us, it's about finding those guys who want to be Peacocks and develop here. The constant evaluation is exhausting, but if it means we land a few difference-makers for the GLVC, we'll put in the work.
