That's a massive overreaction to an administrative move. Wisconsin's AD transition won't impact their on-field product nearly as much as you're suggesting. Their identity crisis last season had nothing to do with the AD and everything to do with a schematic shift that didn't fit their personnel, finishing 7-6 with an offense that ranked 87th in yards per play. Purdue has stability under Ryan Walters, but to claim we're immune to chaos ignores our own 4-8 record and defensive struggles, where we ranked 13th in the Big Ten in scoring defense. Fickell's success at Cincinnati was built on culture, not a single administrator, and he's already addressing last year's issues through the portal. Every program faces turnover. Purdue's stability will be proven by improving our 33% third-down conversion rate, not by celebrating another school's front-office changes. Wisconsin's foundation is too strong to implode from this.
