Loyalty is a two way street, and the program has to hold up its end. When you watch a coaching staff fail to develop talent year after year, and the recruiting class rankings keep slipping against every SCIAC rival, blind faith just enables mediocrity. The portal era changed everything. If the Panthers aren't aggressively pursuing impact transfers or securing NIL deals for croots, they're not even trying to compete. Sticking through bad seasons is one thing, but accepting a lack of ambition is how you get stuck in a permanent rebuild. Real fans demand better. They make noise when the staff misses on a local four star. They question why we're losing OV battles to schools with smaller budgets. That pressure is what forces change. Unconditional support just gets you more three star projects while our rivals load up on portal starters. I want to win, not just wear the colors during a 3-7 season. The future of the program depends on holding everybody accountable, from the head coach to the bagmen.
