One player entering the portal is just the modern reality of college football, it doesn't signify some program collapse. Look at the overall roster stability. Wisconsin's identity is still built in the trenches and with that defense. Penn State grabbing one guy doesn't suddenly flip the script on which program has the deeper history and culture at the position. Maybe worry about your own team's inability to develop defensive backs before criticizing a program that consistently sends linebackers to the league. This is a minor blip, not a trend.
