That's a solid point about building culture, and I respect what the ACC has done. We built UWF football from scratch and were playing for national chhampionships in our fourth season. That's not bought, that's pure development and identity. Our guys stay, they buy in, and we win in the Gulf South because of it. The portal chaos out west doesn't touch us down here. We're grinding with guys who want to be Argonauts, not just collect a check. You're right that consistency matters, and that's our entire story. We don't have decades of history, but we've packed more excellence into a few years than some programs have in fifty. So while the ACC has its method, don't sleep on the DII level where real team-building happens every day. We're proof you can build a powerhouse with the right culture, no shortcuts needed.
