Watch the tape. The best single-number evaluation is the scoreboard, and their quarterback consistently comes up short in big games. They need a stat to hide the fact he can't read a blitz and panics in the pocket. Real football people know you judge a quarterback by wins, leadership, and clutch throws, not some secret formula ESPN won't even fully explain.
