Fall camp rolling and I keep watching how this staff is working the portal-to-spring pipeline. Hearing from sources that the positiion coaches are absolutely locked in on identifying exactly which holes need filling even before the winter window opens. The old staff would panic and grab bodies. This group is surgical about fit and scheme. The real battle nobody is talking about is how the position coaches are recruiting their own room.
