You see Oklahoma State bringing in 50 transfers under a new coach and Colorado hauling in 43 and I just think about the walk ons we used to develop. Back in the late 80s under Coach Wacker we had kids who showed up uninvited, slept on training room tables, and ended up starting for us by their junior year.
