Back in the 2005 season when we ran that option with Jeff Ballard pulling the ball and running through the hole at the exact right moment, nobody was talking about preseason predictions. You earned it on the field. Now it is all about who bought the best roster through the portal. Tech might be good but they are relying on kids who were somewhere else last year. I miss when you knew the quarterback had been in the system for three years learning how to read the defensive end on the triple option. That is real football not this rent-a-player mess.
