Everybody obsessed with Florida's 87th ranked red zone TD rate last season as if that was the core issue. The real problem was the Gators only got to the red zone 38 times all year, which ranked 108th nationally. You cannot score touchdowns inside the 20 if you cannot get past midfield in the first place. The offense averaged just 5.3 yards per play, bottom 30 in the country. Fix the efficiency between the 20s and the red zone numbers correct themselves naturally.
