How is nobody talking about the absolute comedy of LSU fans thinking they belong in the same conersation as us? I saw that Future Power Rankings piece ESPN dropped and people actually think LSU is perched for 2027? Please. We just watched them get their doors blown off by basically everybody with a pulse last season while we were. Our roster is deeper, our coaching staff has actual game plans that adjust at halftime, and we own the head-to-head when it matters most. Every single time we step on that field against them in Jordan-Hare, they fold. Plain and simple. They can bring all the five-star receivers and "DBU" talk they want. Their quarterback is throwing to ghosts while our front seven is living in the backfield. The whole "LSU is back" narrative happens literally every offseason and then they drop three SEC games by October. Meanwhile we're sitting here with a quarterback room that actually executes, an offensive line that doesn't get bullied. The only thing LSU has dominated lately is the "most overrated team entering the season" category. War Eagle.
