Everybody acting like the SEC is falling apart because Lane Kiffin ran his mouth again is missing what actually matters for us. The real story is how our defense is shaping up this spring without half the names people expected to see still in the program. We lost some guys to the draft sure but look at what Sumrall is doing with that front seven rotation. The physicality in those practice clips is night and day from where we were two years ago. People want to talk about conference unity while we are quietly building a unit that can actually stop the run in this league. That has been our problem forever and I am finally seeing the pieces come together.
