Their coaching staff turns three-star guys into NFL Draft picks constantly. Meanwhile, some programs just collect shiny five-stars and then underachieve on the field every single season. Development, culture, and scheme fit matter way more than some number on a website. Ohio State and Oregon can have their flashy rankings, but they still have to go play the games.
