Every spring I see the same narrative about SEC programs dominating the draft and everybody acts like that's always been the case. People forget that programs like ours at West Florida built something sustainable from nothing while the big boys were buying. We didn't have a singe draft pick for years and now we're seeing more of our guys get legitimate looks every year. The SEC will always get the headlines because they have the brand names but the real story is how programs. We've got guys in our pipeline right now that nobody is talking about who will be getting calls next year. The draft industrial complex wants you to believe only blue bloods produce talent but that's just lazy thinking.
