That's a cute little story about the old days, but football has changed. You win with elite talent, period. We're out here landing five-stars who actually want to develop and play in a real system. Look at our roster. Look at Lanning's development. Those "three-star kids who bled" for you guys would get run off the field by our speed. Recruiting rankings matter because they measure athletic traits you can't teach. A&M might stack stars, but we build a culture where those stars become men and play for each other. Collecting talent is one ting, but molding it into a team that competes for championships is what we do. We've got the best of both worlds now, top-tier classes full of guys who truly want to be Ducks. So keep romanticizing the past while we're busy building the future. Our class is built on substance, not just hype and NIL auctions.
