Maintaining a top-10 SP+ rating for three years is impressive, but that consistency hasn't translated to a playoff win yet. For a program with Texas's resources, development should be expected. Our Governors have had to develop with far less, and we still posted a top-30 FCS offense last season. True foundation is built when you maximize what you have, not just when you have everything.
