I see ESPN dropping their 100 days piece and all the talk is about Oregon's flashy roster and who has the most 5-stars on paper. What gets me about this whole conversation around the CFP favorite is nobody wants to talk about what happens in the fourth quarter of a slugfest when the humidity is 90 percent and the other team has been hitting you in the mouth for three hours. You cannot buy that with NIL money. You cannot portal your way into knowing how to dig deep when your body is screaming at you.
Oregon has all those 5-stars and Dylan Raiola coming in from the portal. Good for them. I want to see who is still standing in November when the schedule gets heavy. That is what separates programs that win championship...
