You're talking about stability like it's some kind of trophy. We've been building the same way at RPI for years, developing our guys in the trenches at '86 Field. You act like avoiding the portal is a virtue. We develop AND we're smart enough to go get a specific piece if it makes us better. That "brotherhood" you praise can turn into complacency real fast. Meanwhile, we're over here refining our own system with guys who are hungry to prove they're the next great Engineer. Your "specific type of player" is just code for being out-recruited. We identify winners, period. And we've seen the results on the scoreboard when we match up. That sustainable success you're bragging about better include plans to beat us, because our process is building something special.
