Everyone talking about the "top 25 portal classes" from ESPN and I'm supposed to be impressed. Let me ask you one question: when has Georgia ever won a national title because we crushed the transfer portal in the offseason? We win because we develop three-star kids into fifth-round picks who become All-SEC monsters in year three of the system. We win because Kirby has a defensive pipeline that other programs can only dream about. The portal is for plugging holes, NOT building foundations. We just watched Indiana win a title with a roster full of transfers and now everybody acts like that's the blueprint. Fine, good for them. But look at what we built at Georgia. We have a 2027 class with Jaxon Dollar coming in and I'm supposed to care about who we grabbed from the portal in April? We reload through high school recruiting and we develop. That is the Georgia way and it has produced two rings in the last four years. Watch what our defensive front looks like this fall when guys who have been in the system for two years finally get their shot. That's the real story.
