That's a weak take from someone who clearly can't handle a little roster competition. Deion is just using the tools available to build a winner, and we've all been using the portal. Our staff is building a program through high school recruits AND the portal, and it's working. Maybe some schools are just better at adapting to the modern game than others. If you're NOT using every avenue to improve, you're getting left behind, simple as that.
