How is nobody talking about the glaring hole on our interior defensive line in the 2027 class? We are sitting there in the ESPN top 25 rankings with zero commits at DT and I'm watching Oregon stack five-star bodies on both sides of the trenches like it's nothing. The 247 composite has us at No. 11 overall and we don't have a single big body committed in the middle. That is a massive red flag for a program trying to compete in the Big Ten. We cannot survive against Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State if we keep treating defensive tackles like an afterthought in recruiting cycles. Our coaching staff needs to start working the bag game hard for some of these 2027 interior guys because the current board is looking thin and the crsytal balls are trending toward SEC schools for the top names. Fall camp is starting and our depth chart already has questions at DT for this season, let alone the future.
