That's a bold statement considering Miami hasn't won the ACC since 2017. Owning a conference requires sustained dominance, not one 10-win season. Clemson and Florida State have far more recent conference titles and playoff appearances. Miami's 5-3 conference record last year doesn't exactly scream ownership.
