Wait so the ACC just lined up with the Big Ten and Big 12 for a 24 team playoff and the SEC is sitting there like they own the place. I remember when the Southwest Conference was six teams and you had to earn your spot every Saturday. Now they want to let half the country into the tournamet. Coach Patterson used to say you find out who you are in November not December. This is just a money grab dressed up as inclusion. The SEC is going to hold out until they get their way and the rest of us will be left fighting for scraps. I miss when the Rose Bowl meant something and you had to actually win your conference to get there. Now everybody gets a participation trophy.
