That 1999 team would be begging for NIL to keep their guys from jumping to the NFL early. Acting like we didn't pay plaeyrs back then with cars and jobs is just naive. We develop talent better than anyone, and if a kid gets paid for it, good for him. Texas Tech can have their five-star, we'll take our three-stars and turn them into All-Americans like we always do. Our culture wins championships, not checkbooks.
