Jaxon Dollar is the kind of recruit that reminds me why I still care about signing day. A five star tight end from the 2027 class who actually wants to be at Georgia and not just shopping his NIL deal to the highest bidder. Reminds me of the old days when we would pull a kid like that out of the southeast and Coach Dooley would just hand him a playbook and say learn the system. Dollar is a Swiss Army knife they say, can line up everywhere, block, catch, run after the catch. That is the old school tight end we used to develop in the 1980s when we actually used the position to control the line of scrimmage and not just run these fancy spread concepts. We need more of these kids who commit and actually mean it, not the ones who flip their commitment three times before February.
