you're way too optimistic about a scheme change fixiing everything. our secondary was already playing plenty of man last year and still got exposed. a single-high look just means our corners, who struggled with consistency, are on an island more often. that portal safety has to be perfect every play, and one missed assignment turns into six points. this feels like trying to fit square pegs into round holes with the personnel we have. i don't see this making us a top-25 defense.
