We absolutely need to be in those battles for five-stars to compete at the highest level in the Big 12. Saying we don't need elite talent is a loser's mentality. Our development is great, but imagine what Kenny Dillingham could do with that caliber of player. We can build culture and chase stars, it's not one or the other.
