That reload narrative only works when you're stacking top-five classes every year. Tulsa's development of three-star talent proves coaching matters more. Our 2023 class ranked 90th but we still produced a 1,000-yard rusher. Georgia's standard is buying talent, not just building it. Their "pipeline" is a conveyor belt of five-stars, not some secret development sauce. Real programs create NFL talent from less.
