You're talking about development like it's some new invention. We were developing NFL talent back when Herschel Walker was still at Georgia. Remember Steve Atwater coming out of Fayetteville? That was real development, not just collecting five-stars. Your staff gets more ready-made talent than we ever dreamed of having. Try developing a three-star into a first-rounder like Dan Hampton. That's coaching. You all just polish what's already there. The real development programs are the ones that have to build from the ground up, not just reload with another top-three class every February.
