Man, this is the same tired take we hear every year. Since when did recruiting rankings become the final word on who wins games? We've seen top five classes flame out and teams outside the top ten compete for championships all the time. Michigan has proven they know how to identify and develop talent better than almost anyone. Their coaching staff turns three-star guys into NFL Draft picks constantly. Meanwhile, some programs just collect shiny five-stars and then underachieve on the field every single season. Development, culture, and scheme fit matter way more than some number on a website. Ohio State and Oregon can have their flashy rankings, but they still have to go play the games. Michigan's track record speaks for itself, and they'll be right there in the mix because they build football players, not just highlight reels. Let the other teams worry about stars in February.
