100 days until Week 0 and the national narrative is already trying to gaslight us into believing the SEC is. Let me stop you right there. The SEC is still the SEC and we are still the standard that everybody else is chasing including the teams. Oregon can bring in every five-star quarterback in the country and it still means nothing until they prove they can. We have been doing this for a decade now. We reload not rebuild. Every single year the talking heads want to crown someone else and every single year we are sitting in Atlanta. Our 2026 class is already loaded and we are not even done yet. Landed a five-star tight end who is going to be a matchup nightmare for every linebacker in this conference. Meanwhile the teams that beat us last year are losing their best players to the draft and the portal while. People forget that we have been to the CFP more than anyone not named Alabama over the last five years. We have the best coach in the sport bar none. We have the best facilities and the best fan base and the best home field advantage. And we are not afraid to use the portal ourselves when we need to fill a hole. This idea that the SEC is losing its grip on the sport because a couple of other conferences had a good year is laughable. The SEC is still winning the national championship more often than not and we are still the team that everybody. The rest of college football can keep celebrating their participation troophies. We will be ready in September.
