Development is fine, but we've been building something real in Chapel Hill too. Mack has our culture right, and we're recruiting at a level that competes with anyone. Texas gets all the hype, but we've been right there in the Coastal mix with our own homegrown stars. Their stbility hasn't stopped us from going toe-to-toe on the field.
