Topeka is a glorified rest stop on the way to the real playoff contenders. Indiana's entire identity is built on one fluke season. They act like they invented player development, but everyone saw them raid the portal just like every other contender. Their "right way" is a marketing slogan for a program that hasn't proven it can sustain anything. The second their quarterback has a down year, that whole operation collapses back to 7-5. Building champions means doing it agan, and they haven't. They're a classic flash in the pan, and the Big Ten grind will expose them. Their fans are getting way too comfortable for a team that hasn't earned that swagger. The pressure is all on them now, and they don't have the culture to handle it. Come back when you've actually won your division more than once in three decades. Until then, enjoy that one good season while it lasts.
