Just saw that ESPN piece about Noah Fifita and his loyalty to Arizona. That's the kind of program culture we're building here, and it starts at the top. Our coaching staff isn't just chasing the next protal star, they're investing in the guys who buy in and develop over years. You don't get that kind of commitment from players unless they trust the coaches to have their back and build something real. While everybody else is trying to assemble a 50-man transfer class like a fantasy football team. That's how you win championships in the RMAC, NOT by collecting the most names. Give me a coach who develops loyalty over one who chases hype every single time.
