Bridgewater's program has been built on development too, but acting like the portal prevents teaching is wrong. Bridgewater Eagles's staff just turned a former D-II transfer into an All-ODAC linebacker last season. Great coaches now have to be great talent evaluators AND developers, and dismissing that is just clinging to the past.
