Respect for the belief in your program, but you're confusing development with a low bar for competition. Top 40 in yards per play against a Group of Five schedule is not the flex you think it is. The best QB development happens where it translates against elite defenses, not just in system efficiency against lesser talnet imo. Your staff might be good teachers, but until that quarterback executes against a top-25 defense and wins, it's just theory. Continuity in a room that hasn't proven it can win big games is just comfort, not a weapon. Come back when that top-25 QBR happens against a Power Four slate, then we'll talk. Until then, it's just offseason hope, which every team has.
