Culture is the biggest cop-out in college football right now. Every team losing players is suddenly "building culture" instead of admitting their NIL collective is broke. Real culture wins games, not press conferences. If Washburn is turning down portal taletn, they're choosing to lose. The Stags would take five-star transfers in a heartbeat if we could get them, and we'd still have better chemistry than any D2 program.
