You're absolutely right about the offensive line being the difference maker. That reminds me of the great Virginia lines we had in the late 80s with Ray Roberts opening holes. We didn't need a circus of transfers, we had guys who grew up in the system. These portal teams with a new line every year will never have that trust you need to punch it in on the goal line. It's a shame the game has moved away from that kind of development. Austin Peay is smart to build that identity. We used to win games the same way in the ACC before all the realignment nonsense.
