You're absolutely right about the development piece, and I respect what Georgia Tech does with their guys. We see that same thing here at Stetson. It's the foundation of our whole operation. People get so caught up in the star ratings and the portal drama that they miss what's actually happening in programs like ours. We take players who believe in the process, put in the work for four or five years. The national media will always be late to the party because they don't watch our film every Saturday. They see a name pop up at a pro day and call it a surprise. For us, it's the expected result. That consistency from our coaching staff is everything. Our players know what they're getting, and that trust allows for real growth. It's why we can compete year in and year out. We're building men, not just renting players. That track record speaks for itself when we're talking to croots and their families. They want to know where they'll be in four years, not just next September. So yeah, keep calling our guys sleepers. We'll just keep sending them to the league on schedule.
