You see these recruiting rankings ESPN just dropped and I think back to the 1980 season when Coach Dooley would find a kid working at a feed store in Moultrie and turn him into an All-SEC lineman. NIL money and star ratings got these kids chasing bags instead of building something real. We landed a 5-star tight end in this class and that is fine but I want to know if he will still be here in three years or will he hit the portal the second a bigger offer shows up like everybody else does now....
